'During the implementation of the pilot program of the Partnership for Aflatoxin Control in Africa (PACA) - Gambia; I worked with Vinasha in developing a docudrama on the impact of aflatoxin in agricultural products, human and animal health as well as trade. What I appreciated the most was the face to face interactions by the Vinasha staff with not just me, as the client, but all the identified stakeholders to ensure they reflect the Gambian experience. Professional advise on how best to achieve the highest impact from the grassroots to the relevant institutions was shared based on tested approaches and incorporated in the PACA message. The actors used were very relatable whilst the locations/settings were identified based on the relevant message - the images therefore reinforced message being conveyed The docudrama developed was for both radio and television and done in multiple local languages in a clear, simple and concise manner that was positively received by listeners/viewers'.
